02 Receive proposal and invoice
FastHookAds reviews the brief and sends a scoped proposal with package, add-ons, timeline, and invoice details.
03 Pay deposit
A deposit is required before production begins. It reserves production time and confirms project authorization.
04 Concept and script approval
The concept, hook, script, and creative direction are confirmed before production moves into final assembly.
05 Production
Visual production, AI voiceover, captions, sound design, editing, and CTA treatment are built for the approved scope.
06 Watermarked proof review
Proofs may be watermarked. Review is for package-included revisions and approved scope adjustments.
07 Revisions
Revision rounds are limited by package. Extra revisions, expanded scope, or rush changes may be quoted separately.
08 Final balance
The remaining balance is due before unwatermarked final files are released.
09 Final unwatermarked delivery
Final files are delivered digitally after full payment. Raw/source files are not included unless purchased separately.
Production starts after the required deposit. Final unwatermarked delivery happens after the remaining balance is paid.
