What does FastHookAds create?
FastHookAds creates premium short-form commercial concepts for businesses that need attention: ads, product spots, restaurant ads, home-service ads, real-estate videos, AI voiceover commercials, and campaign packs.
What information is required?
A strong brief should include the business, offer, target customer, platform, desired length, goal, preferred style, deadline, budget range, brand assets, and any upload links.
How long does production take?
Turnaround depends on package and scope. Starter work is typically 5–7 business days, Signature work 7–10 business days, and Campaign Packs 10–15 business days.
How many revisions are included?
Revision rounds are included by package. Additional revisions, expanded scope, alternate hooks, rush changes, and extra deliverables may cost extra.
When is payment due?
A deposit is required before production begins. The remaining balance is due before delivery of unwatermarked final files.
Are deposits refundable?
Deposits reserve production time and may be non-refundable after work begins. Final refund terms should be reviewed on the Refund and Revision Policy page.
Will previews be watermarked?
Yes. Preview files may be watermarked until the final balance is paid. Unwatermarked final files are released after full payment.
Do I receive source files?
Raw or source files are not included unless purchased separately. Final delivery includes the agreed exported files for the approved scope.
Can FastHookAds guarantee sales or views?
No. FastHookAds does not guarantee views, leads, sales, ad approvals, platform performance, or business outcomes. The service is commercial production and creative delivery.
Can you use my existing branding?
Yes. Existing branding, product photos, footage, logos, colors, and messaging can be used when supplied through the project intake or asset upload link.
Can you create multiple sizes?
Yes. Additional aspect ratios or platform-specific sizes can be added when requested. Additional aspect ratios may be quoted as add-ons.
Can you provide human voiceover?
AI voiceover is included in packages. Human voice talent can be quoted separately when the project requires it.
What happens if I need rush delivery?
Rush delivery may be available depending on workload and scope. Rush delivery costs extra and must be approved before production timing is confirmed.
What if I stop responding during production?
If a client stops responding, the project timeline may pause. Delays caused by missing feedback, assets, approvals, or payment may affect delivery timing.
How are final files delivered?
Final files are delivered digitally after full payment. Delivery links, files, and proof destinations should be added as real systems are connected.
